Processing Time

  • Orders are handmade and typically ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom orders may take longer; estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout.


Shipping

  • All orders ship via USPS, flat rate of $4.00

  • Free shipping on orders over $45.00

  • Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Free pickup is only available during scheduled vendor events. If no event is scheduled at the time of your order, pickup will not be available and shipping will be required. 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or customs.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Because of the handmade and hygienic nature of earrings, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to replace it.

  • Custom and personalized orders are final sale.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, work may have already begun, and cancellation may not be possible. Please email us at azalearow@gmail.com.


Care Instructions

  • Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, and lotions.

  • Store jewelry in a dry place to maintain shine and color.

  • Clean gently with a soft cloth.


Custom Orders

  • We welcome custom requests! Please message us for personalized colors, charms, or designs.

  • Custom orders require full payment upfront and are non-refundable.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked delivered by the postal service, we cannot replace it.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.
